PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably perform the impact plastic working of a metal structural body. SOLUTION: An impact plastic working apparatus of a metal structural body is provided with a working means to perform the impact plastic working, a holding means to hold the impact plastic working means at a predetermined position and in a predetermined posture, a measurement means to measure the vibration of a tip tool in the impact plastic working means, an analysis means to analyze the period of the vibration, and a control means to change the position and the posture of the tip tool.
