PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use color tones of various materials including golden color, obtain blood circulation stimulating effect from an accessory worn by a user by emission of far infrared rays which is a characteristic of germanium by forming a transparent film of germanium on the accessory of noble metals, and to provide a forming method for a germanium transparent film. SOLUTION: The method comprises the steps dissolving germanium oxide in water in a ratio of 4:100, mixing the resulting water solution with an aqueous transparent coating material and spraying a germanium transparent coating material thus obtained or dipping an object matter in the germanium transparent coating material to form the germanium transparent film.
