PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of consuming an electric current of a battery electric source VB even during no operation (no water passage that water is not passed through a water purification tank cartridge), so-called during waiting, in an electronic circuit of a water purifier. SOLUTION: The electronic circuit 40 comprises a rotation detection circuit (detection coil L) 41 and an amplification circuit A42, an amplification circuit B43 and an exciting self-holding circuit 44, a battery electric source shut-off circuit 45, a battery electric source supply circuit 46, and a counter/control circuit (microcomputer) 47 wherein the consumption of the electric current of the battery electric source VB other than self discharge approaches zero as much as possible by actuating the counter/control circuit 47 by electromotive force of the rotation detection circuit 41 and turning ON/OFF of electric connection of the battery electric source VB to the electronic circuit 40.
