<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business processing system for ensuring that an electronic document has been authenticated by a legal authenticator. <P>SOLUTION: This business processing system is configured to impress a seal on an electronic document showing a document having a first region whose writing is permitted to a user who operates a client 3 and a second region whose writing is not permitted. The business processing system is provided with a work flow management system 20 for assigning a user who impresses a seal to the electronic document based on a work flow, and for generating work flow data including data for specifying the user and progress data showing the progress of the work flow by adding identification data for identifying the work flow data and an electronic seal sub-system 21 for confirming the progress circumstance of the work flow from the work flow data, and for specifying the user assigned according to the confirmed progress circumstance, and for embedding the seal data of the user in the second region and for embedding the progress data and the identification data in the second region so that those data cannot be visualized by the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
