PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging system that can reduce noise in a luminance signal and a color difference signal corresponding to not only a signal level but also a dynamic factor in photographing, and can reduce both luminance noise and color noise precisely, and to provide a noise reduction processing device and an imaging processing program. SOLUTION: The imaging system for reducing noise to a signal from an image pickup device 102 comprises a first noise estimation means 109 for estimating the first amount of noise, based on a target pixel in the signal for performing the noise reduction processing; an extraction means 110 for extracting a similar pixel similar to the target one from a portion near the target pixel, based on the target pixel and the first amount of noise; a second noise estimation means 109 for estimating the second amount of noise from the target and similar pixels; and a noise reduction means 111 for reducing the noise of the target pixel, based on the second amount of noise.
