PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constantly spout smooth and fine bubbles without spouting time lengthened. SOLUTION: A plurality of pores 36 communicating with a liquid passage 32 are bored on a second valve element 42 connected with a valve rod 34. The second valve element 42 is switched to a first state for preventing beer from ejecting from the passage 32 by placing it on a second valve seat 38 provided on a slider 20 and closing the plurality of pores 36. When a second state is attained where the pores 36 are opened by moving the slider 20 by a lever operation and bringing the second valve seat 38 separately from the element 42, the beer coming from the liquid passage 32 is ejected from the respective pores 36 into a foam space 25c between the second valve seat 38 and the second valve element 42. The pores 36 are slantly bored so that their outlet sides face the center of the axis. The beer ejected from the plurality of pores 36 in the second state directly comes into collision in the foam space 25c, thereby generating smooth and fine bubbles. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
