<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color image forming apparatus in which a scanning optical system is considered as simple structure, which can be miniaturized and excellent in maintenance nature at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: An intermediate belt 4 which carries a toner image, consisting of an endless belt of which both ends are stretched by rollers 3a and 3b is formed so that it may incline from the horizontal plane, a light source which forms an image on the surface of a photoreceptor drum 5, the photoreceptor drum 5 and a development roller are arranged to the lower side of the intermediate belt 4 and a fixing unit 14 is arranged to the upper side of the intermediate belt 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
