PROVIDING METHOD OF INFORMATION CONCERNING SERVICE STATION AND ITS SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely provide the best possible service in a short period of time even without grasping a current state of a customer's vehicle by a service staff carrying out vehicle inspection such as direct checking, touching, etc. of the vehicle in providing the service to the customer's vehicle at the service station (SS shop).

SOLUTION: An in-vehicle terminal 1 to be loaded on the customer's vehicle is provided with a car navigation function part 12 (vehicle guidance system), and a vehicle state collection part 18 collects inspection maintenance related information of the vehicle to show a current state of the vehicle with vehicle proper information as vehicle state information from the vehicle and records them on an in-vehicle DB 14, successively registers them in the in-vehicle terminal 1 and a control center 3 and distributes the above information to an SS shop 2 through the control center 3. It is possible to find the vehicle state and classification of a provided service desired by a customer at the SS shop 2 before the vehicle comes to the shop and to precisely prepare a previous countermeasure at the SS shop 2.
