PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter which is effective to realize a wider bandwidth while meeting requests for miniaturization as well as low loss. SOLUTION: In a filter composing a strip line structure by arranging a resonance electrode between a pair of GND electrodes, a wider bandwidth is attained by improving a pass characteristic generated by aλa/4 resonator. By using a reference band of theλa wave generated by theλa/4 resonator as it is, shifting a triple wave of theλa wave generated by the resonator to a low frequency side as shown with a dotted line, and complementing the fundamental wave and the triple wave by the pass band generated by aλb/2 resonator, a flat pass characteristic is secured in a band from the fundamental wave to the triple wave.
