PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a high-frequency switch in which a time of switching from a transmission mode to a reception mode is short. SOLUTION: The high-frequency switch 11 is configured by connecting a first diode D1 and a second diode D2 of switching elements, inductors SL1, SL2, capacitors C5, C6, and a resistor R. In this case, the characteristics of the first diode D1 and the second diode D2 are set in a proper relationship. That means, a diode having a relatively small electric charge accumulation amount in an ON-state is used as the first diode D1, and a diode having a relatively large electric charge accumulation amount in an ON-state is used as the second diode D2. More specifically, diodes each having a different serial number are used for each of the first diode D1 and the second diode D2, i.e. a diode having a serial number of the relatively small electric charge accumulation amount is used for the first diode D1, and a diode having a serial number of the relatively large electric charge accumulation amount is used for the second diode D2.
