PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar imaging system having a circuit speed and a density necessary for attaining a range resolution, and having sensitivity necessary for designating a small target surface fluctuation based on a flying difference in a picosecond in a laser echo. SOLUTION: This photon detector module has a photon source for generating photon reflection from a target, a detector array for generating a detector array output signal by being reacted with the photon reflection, and a laminated processing module for receiving the detector array output signal.
