PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the temperature of a housing surface from rising in a short time. SOLUTION: The apparatus has a housing 2 formed of a synthetic resin wherein an electronic component 6 is disposed in an inside. A thermal storage material is applied to the inner surface of the housing 2, and the surface of the housing 2 is prevented from being a high temperature in a short time by storing heat generated inside the housing 2 in the inner surface of the housing 2.
