PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve drivability by avoiding unexpected shock due to operation of anti-jerk function at a time of gear shift or start with accelerator on. SOLUTION: When it is determined that a transmission is under a operation condition (refer to step S200) and that it is not creep travel (refer to step S202), a device considers that regular gear shift is performed and stops anti-jerk function (refer to step S208). And also when it is determined that it is creep travel condition (refer to step S202) and that an accelerator is fully open (refer to step S204), a device stops anti-jerk function (refer to step S208).
