摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device where a protection film molecule connected to a particulate for preventing flocculate of particulates is not required to be replaced at the time of forming colloidal solution of the particulate, and to provide a manufacturing method of the device, in the semiconductor device where a conductive path is formed by the particulates and organic semiconductor molecules connected to the particulates and the conductivity is controlled by an electric field and in the manufacturing method of the device. SOLUTION: The adjacent particulates 9 are connected by the protection film molecules 11 connected to the particulates 9 formed of a conductor such as gold or a semiconductor, and by organic semiconductor molecules 12 created by forming connection with the other protection film molecule 11 connected to the particulate 9 adjacent to the particulate 9. A conductive path in the organic semiconductor molecule 12 is connected by a conductive path in the particulate 9, and mobility in the organic semiconductor molecule 12 can be used at maximum.
