PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight chain guide device capable of reducing a number of parts. SOLUTION: A chain guide bracket 42 is equipped with a through hole 58 through which a chain guide 43 can pass, the chain guide 43 is equipped with a fitting part 46 capable of being fitted to the through hole 58, a flange part 48 is provided on a front end 46a of the fitting part 46, a protrusion 49 smaller than the flange part 48 is provided on a rear end 46b of the fitting part 46, and the chain guide 43 is elastically deformed from a front part of the chain guide bracket 42 so as to be fitted. The chain guide 43 is fitted into the through hole 58 arranged on the chain guide bracket 42, a front end 42a of the bracket 42 is abutted to the front end 46a of the fitting part 46, the protrusion 49 is abutted to the rear end 46b of the fitting part 46, and the chain guide 43 is regulated.
