PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidity control board which has a high humidity absorption and desorption performance making a good use of characteristics of paulownia board and fully exhibits its humidity absorption and desorption performance, when used in applications such as a closet. SOLUTION: The paulownia-veneered humidity control board 10 is composed in a way that paulownia veneer 12 is bonded integrally with the surface of a humidity control base material 11 made of a wooden fiber board or an inorganic board and used for wall board 2, ceiling board 1 and flooring 3 for a closet.
