PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the tact time of pin press-fit work for pressing a plurality of pins in a work. SOLUTION: This press-in device 1 includes: a pin holder 25 having pin holding holes for holding a plurality of pins 21 in a predetermined position in the vertical direction; a pin holder base 15 where the pin holder 25 is mounted at the front end and freely moved in the longitudinal direction; and a work support member 49 located in front of the pin holder 25 and moved up and down to make the plurality of pin prepared holes correspond to the plurality of pins 21 and locate a work W having the pin prepared holes in predetermined positions corresponding to the plurality of pins 21.
