<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strongly support decision making by a user by making it easy to grasp investment items regarded as important. <P>SOLUTION: A storage part 12 stores setting conditions of a priority area on a portfolio chart indicating investment items to be given priority as conditional formula data 12g, and a chart generating part 15 and a priority area display processing part 16 output coordinate positions and priority areas of the investment items in the portfolio chart on the basis of the stored setting conditions.
