PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network system for downloading information needed to communicate with a communication target simultaneously by downloading software from a server and for communicating with an appropriate communication target even without having to input similar kinds of information manually. SOLUTION: When a client PC 4 requests downloading software to a server PC 1, a user inputs client information including a name of a department from client side PC 4 to the server PC 1. The server PC 1 specifies a management PC 2 as the communication target on the basis of the name of the department to transmit management PC information necessary for the client PC 4 to communicate with the management PC 2 to the client PC 4 together with the software. When the client PC 4 performs processing, based on the software downloaded by the client PC 4, the network system can execute processing accompanied by the communication with the management PC 2 by referring to the management PC information transmitted simultaneously.
