PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile monitoring system capable of detecting an abnormality for a motorcycle traveling in a test course such as falling-down or deviation from the test course, and specifying an accurate traveling position of the motorcycle. SOLUTION: The mobile monitoring system comprises a GPS receiver 22 for receiving a GPS signal, a positioning computing device 23 for accepting a position correction parameter based on a reference position of an electronic reference station 8 from a positioning information distribution station 7 and outputting the location information of a motorcycle, a card reader 13 for reading an ID of an RFID tag 19 carried by a rider and outputting read information, a radio transmission device 27 for transmitting by radio the read information for the RFID tag 19 and the location information calculated by the positioning computing device 23, and a fault detection portion 46 for detecting a fault occurring at the vehicle based on the motorcycle location information and the read information for the received RFID tag.
