PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve miniaturization/lightening in weight in a camera module even when incorporating an autofocus function and a zoom function by using a piezoelectric element. SOLUTION: A rotor 12 is driven and rotated by first and second piezoelectric elements 16 and 17. A first lens holder 13 is moved along an optical axis in accordance with the rotation of the rotor. A second lens holder 15 is moved in the same direction in accordance with the movement of the first lens holder. Then, first and second parts to be engaged are formed at a predetermined interval along the optical axis in the second lens holder, and an engaging piece (pawl part) is selectively engaged with the first or the second part to be engaged in accordance with the movement of the second lens holder so as to hold the second lens holder at a first position or a second position, respectively.
