The system includes a rinse water arrangement comprising of rinse water supply, rinse water valve and rinse water distribution unit. The rinse water distribution unit has a rinse water nozzle (4) having a first inlet (44) for receiving rinse water from the rinse water supply, and a first outlet (46) for distributing rinse water to the interior surface of a sanitary unit. The rinse water nozzle has openings (47,49) for aeration of sanitary unit. The sanitary unit is provided as the sewage receptacle. A discharge valve is connected between the sewer receptacle and a sewer piping. A vacuum unit generates vacuum in the sewer piping. An independent claim is included for the rinse water arrangement.
