PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for feeding a highly viscous edible material in which the highly viscous edible material can thinly and widely be applied to the surface of a solid edible material.

SOLUTION: The method for feeding the highly viscous edible material comprises injecting the highly viscous edible material softened by heating from pressurized air, making the highly viscous edible material collide with the surface of a solid edible material and diffusing the highly viscous edible material on the surface of the solid edible material.
