PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a blade spring used for a reciprocated and driven actuator by means of die punching, constitute a resonance mechanism portion to be short, assemble it so as to be well concentric, obtain an arbitrary spring constant relative to the reciprocating driving in a rotational direction as well as in an axial direction, and compensate for distortion of a displacement which causes coaxial dislocation. SOLUTION: This actuator has an electromagnetic driving portion supported inside a case, a plunger driven by the electromagnetic driving portion so as to be reciprocated in at least either of the rotational direction or the axial direction, and a spring working between the output shaft and the case for fixing the plunger for resonance-driving a load connected with a top end of an output shaft. This spring is constituted of a case inner periphery surface contact portion which is brought into contact with the case inner periphery surface to be fixed, an output shaft contact portion which is brought into contact with an output shaft outer periphery surface to be fixed, and the blade spring formed integrally with a band-shaped connection portion which connects the output shaft contact portion with the case inner periphery surface contact portion.
