PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the improvement and efficiency of handleability in operation and management work, such as maintenance, repair and cleaning of a dispensing unit and a storage and transporting path by quickly and easily performing removal work and assembling work of the dispensing unit. SOLUTION: The dispensing unit U for dispensing an article located at the lowest end one by one while receiving an article located at the second from the lowest end is freely attachably and detachably attached to the lower part of the storage and transporting path S for stacking and storing a plurality of articles so as to be able to dispense them downward, through a lower opening of the storage and transporting path S. An engagement and holding means C for engaging with and holding an upper part of the ejecting unit U inserted into the storage and transporting path S at a prescribed mounting position freely attachably and detachably, a dispensing unit drop preventing and holding means D for preventing the drop of the lower part of the dispensing unit and holding it at a prescribed mounting position, and a guiding means E brought into slidable contact with the upper part of the dispensing unit U inserted through the lower opening of the storage and transporting path S to guide the upper part of the dispensing unit to a prescribed mounting position, are provided.
