PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric stimulating device permitting more easy mounting of an electrode plate to a patient; and the electrode plate, a cover sheet for the electrode plate, an electrode plate connection mat, and an electrode plate fixing belt in the electric stimulating device used to achieve the purpose. SOLUTION: A male member 10 of a double-sided fastener is prepared on the back side of the electrode plate 1, and a female member 11 of the double-sided fastener is prepared on one surface of the connection mat 21. For example, two electrode plates 1 are integrated to make a set body S1 by engaging the male member 10 with the female member 11 of the connection mat 21. A male member 10B is disposed on the back of the cover sheet 41 for covering the electrode plates, and a plurality of electrode plates covered by the cover sheet 41 can be connected and integrated by the connection mat 21. The fixing belt 31 with the female member 11 disposed on both surfaces almost over the whole length may be used in place of the connection mat 21.
