PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a powerful magnetic force attracting a rotating hook bobbin case holder to a rotating hook by a small-sized magnet and simplify the attachment of the magnet to the rotating hook. SOLUTION: This horizontally rotating shuttle 1 is provided with the synthetic resin rotating hook bobbin case holder 3 storing a bobbin thread bobbin 6, and the synthetic resin rotating hook 2 storing the rotating hook bobbin case holder 3 and rotatingly driven in a predetermined direction is provided with a plate piece provided outside the bottom wall 3e of the rotating hook bobbin case holder 3 and composed of a magnetic material, a thin-plate magnet piece 12 provided inside the bottom wall 2c of the rotating hook 2 and attracting the rotating hook bobbin case holder 3 to the rotating hook 2, and a yoke member 10 storing the magnet piece 12 and composed of a magnetic material. The yoke member 10 is provided with a bottom wall part 10b coming into contact with the magnet piece 12 and a peripheral wall part 10c integrally extending from the bottom wall part 10b and surrounding the outer circumferential side of the magnet piece 12.
