<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily removing a foundation section without causing any collapse of a road. <P>SOLUTION: A road sign section 2 is separated from the road sign pole foundation section 1. A drawing bolt 3 equipped with a male screw section 31 screwed to a screw hole 11 of the road sign pole foundation section is mounted on the road sign pole foundation section to protrude the head section 32 thereof upward from the road surface. A metal-made platy member 4 is placed on the road surface of the circumference except a foundation section holding hole 6.
