PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a thin coil with a large number of windings and a small diameter. SOLUTION: In one unit coil 6, spiral print coils 12 and 13 in the same directions if viewed from respective surfaces are formed on both faces of an insulating substrate 11, two end parts inside the print coils are mutually connected by a through hole 31 and respective end parts outside the print coils are set to be connection terminals 22A and 22B. A plurality of unit coils 6 are overlapped and arranged so that they become concentric. One connection terminal 22A of one unit coil and one connection terminal 22B of the other unit coil are mutually and electrically connected, and a plurality of the unit coils 6 are connected in series.
