PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a life raft is used to wait for rescue while being drifted away from a ship in distress, the searching range of the drifting life raft becomes extensive with the elapse of time due to the effect of wind, waves, sea current, tide or the like, and the rescue becomes difficult if the discovery is delayed. SOLUTION: A ship and a life raft (3) are connected to each other via a stretchable rope (4). When the ship sinks, and reaches to a sea bottom, the ship plays a role of an anchor for the life raft (3) by the stretched connection rope (4).
