PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system for a heating element storage box for space saving and wiring saving by reducing the wiring number of connection cables, and facilitating installation work in a cooling system used for cooling the heating element storage box. SOLUTION: The heating element storage box cooling system for cooling the heating body storage box 1 for space saving and construction saving of wiring is provided by using power line carrier communication for a power line distributed and connected between a cooling device body 2 for emitting the internal air temperature of the heating element storage box 1 as waste heat to the outside air, and a controller 3 connecting a communication line 10 for transmitting signals to/from the heating element storage box 1, to transmit/receive power and signals through two relay lines 17.
