PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blocked polyurethane prepolymer-based reactive composition capable of reacting without accompanying separation of a blocking agent, having a good storage life at room temperature, capable of being crosslinked at low temperature, having sufficiently long pot life or processing time, and useful as an adhesive composition. SOLUTION: The reactive composition contains (A) a blocked polyurethane prepolymer having 0.1-20 mass% content of a blocked isocyanate group, and formed out of (i) a diisocyanate having 5-60 mass% free isocyanate group content, (ii) a polyol component containing polyester polyol and/or a polyether polyol and/or a polycarbonate polyol, and (iii) a specific CH-acidic cyclic ketone, and (B) an OH-functional compound wherein the OH component is activated by aβ-position amine component.
