PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave kiln capable of preventing camber and crack of an inner shell of a baking chamber by relieving thermal stress applied to the inner shell. SOLUTION: The microwave kiln is provided with a blanket 2 partitioning the baking chamber 3 by a heat insulating partition wall 2a transmitting microwave, a casing 5 surrounded with metallic casing walls 5a partitioning a microwave space 4 at the outer periphery of the blanket 2, to store the blanket 2, and a microwave generating means 6 radiating microwave into the microwave space 4. The heat insulating partition wall 2a is provided in double wall structure with the inner shell 22a formed of a heat insulating material self-heated by the irradiation of microwave, and an outer shell 22b formed of a heat insulating material not self-heated but superior in heat insulating property to the inner shell 22a. The inner shell 22a is formed by fitting a plate 23 provided with a through-hole 7a in the center part, and four through-holes 7b on the upper and lower sides and right and left sides of the through-hole 7a, and formed with slits 8a, 8b, 8c, 8d reaching the edges with the surrounding through holes 7b as base points.
