PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify proper inspection timing even in use under severe operation conditions for improving reliability. SOLUTION: A control circuit 8 controls driving and stopping of a motor 2 using a detection signal by a pressure sensor 5 for holding pressure P in a tank 4 between maximum pressure Pmax and minimum pressure Pmin. The control circuit 8 integrates drive time T1 of a compression part 3, and carry out correction to extend integrated drive time A1 when a time ratio Rt between the drive time T1 and stop time T2 of the compression part 3 is larger than a set ratio Rt0, and when peripheral temperature Te of the compression part 3 is higher than set temperature Te0.
