PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device which is made to be lightweight, is low cost and excellent in productivity, and has less variation in resonant frequency and less loss. SOLUTION: The antenna device 1 in an RFID system for performing non-contact data communication has a configuration in which a planar soft magnetic body 5 is provided between the antenna and a metal surface of a back surface. In this antenna device 1, a through hole is provided on the center of the soft magnetic body 5 to realize lightweight and the influence of an eddy current to be generated in the metal of the back surface is suppressed to improve communication characteristics.
