PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin base resin prefoamed particle which can easily provide a thin-walled in-mold foamed product with good surface properties, moldability, and measurability. SOLUTION: The polypropylene base resin prefoamed particle is produced by mixing two kinds of polypropylene base resins and has an expansion ratio of 10-fold or more and 50-fold or less, wherein two kinds of the polypropylene base resins have a difference of 15°C or higher and 30°C or lower in melting point and a melt index of 3 g/10 min or more and 20 g/10 min or less.
