PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damage of an undercut pin to enhance the durability of a mold in a molding method of a resin molded product having an undercut part utilizing an injection molding method, and the mold therefor. SOLUTION: The mold 10 is constituted of a fixed mold 20 and a movable mold 30 both of which are clamped and opened mutually. The undercut pin 40 forming an undercut shape in one mold (fixed mold) 20 is provided so as to be made possible to advance and retreat by driving a cylinder 41 and a lock mechanism part 50 operated at the time of protrusion of the undercut pin 40 is provided to the outside surface of one mold (fixed mold) 20. The lock mechanism part 50 is constituted so as not only to lock the mold 10 in a mold clamped state at the time of mold clamping but also to oppose a lock arm 52 to the parting surface 30b of the movable mold 30 in a mold opened state to regulate mold clamping to prevent the damage of the undercut pin 40.
