PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shake down powder and grain adhered to a filter without using compressed air, and to prevent clogging of a suction nozzle with the powder and grain. SOLUTION: The powder and grain transporting device is provided with a suction force generating means such as a blower for generating suction force for sucking/transporting the powder and grain, a catching means provided with the filter for catching the powder and grain included in the air to be sucked toward a suction force generating means side, and a flow passage selector valve arranged between the suction force generating means and the catching means to switch a flow passage of the pressurized air, which is discharged from the suctioon force generating means, between a direction for discharging the air outside and a direction for supplying the air to the catching means side. The powder and grain transporting device is also provided with a suction nozzle of double-tube structure formed of an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder, and the pressurized air, which is discharged outside from the suction force generating means through the flow passage selector valve, is circulated to a flow passage formed between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder of the suction nozzle.
