<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve attaching stiffness of a seat and/or a seat belt anchor, and improve supporting stiffness of a spare tire. <P>SOLUTION: A front side cross member 3 and a rear side cross member 4 are connected to each other by a vertical member 15, and a seat bracket 19 and the seat belt anchor 22 are attached to a connection or in proximity to the connection between the front side cross member 3 and the vertical member 15. Then a wire guide pipe 28 is provided on the undersurface of the vertical member 15, and the spare tire T is hoisted by a wire 30 extended toward a lower position passing through the one opening 28a of the pipe 28. Then the hoisted spare tire T is positioned by being seated at a concavity 8a of the front side cross member 3 and a concavity 11a of the center of the rear side cross member 4 in the vehicle width direction.
