PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect the marking quality quickly and inexpensively.

SOLUTION: An optical sensor 8 detects the light quantity on a prescribed inspection domain Xd corresponding to the position of a reference mark Xb marked on a prescribed reference position setting domain Xc. A CPU 3 determines whether the position of marking information marked on a marking domain Xa is normal or not based on a change of the light quantity on the prescribed inspection domain Xd.
