The system has two gyroscopes (1, 2) rotating in any direction and each mounted on frames (5, 6) rotating on rotating axles (7, 8). The axles (7, 8) are not aligned with rotating axles (3, 4) of the gyroscopes. The frames rotate in opposite directions with respect to each other and are supported on each other. A set of masses is provided whose gyroscopic effect is utilized as a supporting point to exert a force on a vehicle.
