The tool or system has an electronic chip (52) in which information intended for a user of the tool or the system is stored. The information is read from the electronic chip which is placed in the tool or in the storage system. The chip is formed by a radio frequency identification tag having an integrated antenna which is activated, and the chip is pasted inside metal of the tool or of the system.
