<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an illumination system so that noise or a high switching loss does not occur, a color position is kept substantially constant, and brightness changes. <P>SOLUTION: This is the illumination system having at least two light sources, and the light sources include an LED, and furthermore includes a driving device for driving the LED by a DC signal, a sensor device for obtaining characteristics of light output from the illumination system, an actual value storage device which is connected to the sensor device and which stores actual values of the characteristics, a target value setting device for obtaining a target value of the characteristics, and a regulating device. The input side of the regulating device is connected to the actual value storage device for obtaining the actual value of the characteristics and the target value setting device for obtaining the target value of the characteristics; the regulating device is constituted so that the control signals are supplied to the driving device at own output side; and the driving device changes characteristics of the DC signal used for drive-controlling the LED so that the actual value is approximated to the target value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
