PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and rational manufacturing method capable of obtaining the endless belt in a short time. SOLUTION: In such a case, for example that the endless belt comprising a heat-resistant resin is obtained by applying or casting a polymer solution or a polymer alloy solution in a molten state by extrusion molding or centrifugal molding, a photothermal conversion material is added to the heat-resistant resin and photoirradiation is performed at least once in a manufacturing process to produce heat in the photothermal conversion material. Alternatively, when a precursor solution of the heat-resistant resin is used to obtain the endless belt comprising the heat-resistant resin, the photothermal conversion material is preliminarily added to the precursor solution and the photoirradiation is performed at least once in the manufacturing process to produce heat in the photothermal conversion material.
