PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioning rectangular-bottomed bag that is easy to manufacture and is very excellent in recycle performance since a rectangular-bottomed bag body and an bubble sheet bag can be peeled and separated easily with a small force after use without deteriorating cushioning performance, by minimizing the heat seal part of a bubble sheet that is easily affected in cushioning performance, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: The cushioning rectangular-bottomed bag is formed by sticking the bubble sheet to the rectangular-bottomed body, the bubble sheet being formed in such a manner that both sides of an embossed film in which a large number of projections are formed on the entire surface of a plastic film, are stuck together with a flat plastic film such that the projections of the embossed film include bubbles. In such a cushioning rectangular-bottomed bag, the upper edge of the bubble sheet bag formed from the bubble sheet is stuck to the upper part of the rectangular-bottomed bag.
