PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical measurement device and an optical pickup lens adjustment device, capable of measurement of an angle of an optical component without causing the device to be larger. SOLUTION: The optical measurement device 21 is mainly constituted of a laser light source 22, a collimation lens 23, a conversion lens 25, imaging elements 27 and 28, and a CPU 35. The angle and the position of the work W are calculated from imaging signals Sc and Sd from the imaging elements 27 and 28. Here, the imaging element 27 for measuring the angle made to enter with a specular light that is specularly reflected by the work W for measurement among the irradiation light toward the work W for measurement from the laser light source 22 for angle measurement; whereas the imaging element 28 for position measurement is made to enter with a passing light which is passed through the sides of the work W for measurement among the light, irradiated from the laser light source 22 toward the work W. Accordingly, the optical measurement device 21 will not become larger than the conventional one, if the optical measurement device is constituted as one for measuring the fixed angle and the position of the work W by the irradiation light from the common laser light source 22.
