PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a porous photocatalytic wallpaper that has excellent decomposition and removal effect on environmental pollution substances, stain resistant effect and their durability and a photocatalytic wallpaper being its precursor. SOLUTION: The photocatalytic wallpaper carries a photocatalyst (a) and a complex compound BC obtained by combining with an organic component B of photocatalyst affinity photocatalyst, which has strong affinity for the photocatalyst and is decomposed by photocatalytic action with a slightly decomposable component C that is not readily decomposed by photocatalytic action.
