PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the interference of an insulating substrate and a repair tool in fixing an insulating substrate and a heat sink by reflow soldering, and to improve the positioning precision of the insulating substrate and the repair tool. SOLUTION: Other end faces 10b and 10b of insulating substrates 10 and 10 are pressurized by a pressurizing part 20 so that one end faces 10a and 10b of the insulating substrates 10 and 10 can be pressurized to fixing parts 18 and 18 positioned at the opposite side of the pressurizing part 20 with the insulating substrates 10 and 10 interposed. The highly precise positioning of the insulating substrates 10 and 10 is carried out to the radiator plate 12 by using the fixing parts 18 and 18 as reference. Even the change of the positions of the insulating substrates 10 and 10 to the pressurizing part 20 to be generated in the cooling process of reflow soldering can be elastically received and absorbed by a spring 20b of the pressurizing part 20. Thus, the pressurizing part 20 can be smoothly removed without being meshed by the insulating substrates 10 and 10 adjacent to the pressurizing part 20. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
