PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve surface smoothness more than that of a metal spindle and to improve the displacement sensitivity characteristics of an entire lens holder displacement controlled by a magnetic circuit by making of a resin the spindle to which the shaft hole of the lens holder is fitted. SOLUTION: Sliding is improved between a spindle 2 and the shaft hole 31 of a lens holder 3 by substituting a metal spindle 2A with a resin spindle 2 and, by substituting a resin cover 7A with a sheet metal cover 7, and the metal cover is included in the forming member of a magnetic circuit for displacing and controlling the lens holder 3 in focusing and tracking directions F and T.
