<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of performing a stable radio communication processing even when a high voltage is generated. <P>SOLUTION: At the time of an image forming operation, communication is performed with a non-contact type data storage circuit by the communication signals of a first modulation factor (S142, S144 and S146).
